When privacy was needed in a studio apartment, but the client wanted a cost effective and spacious option; we did a basement redesign including a fresh coat of paint, furniture rearrangement and the piece the resistance... the louvred partition wall. The client wanted some privacy for the couple between their room and their living space, They both love the new high end looking space! Check out the before and after pictures!
BEFORE and AFTER
Gentle water sounds from a nearby water fountain; glowing fire from the fireplace; overhead light filter diffuse the harsh overhead florescent light and soft greenery create a zen environment. The room feels cozy and luxurious. Try not to fall asleep in this calming space! The doctor ended up liking the corner hutch transformation so much, he wanted to take it for his home instead.... a new coffee station is on it's way!
IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
The medical receptionist took vitals and pre-consult questions prior to visit in a private but open space. A far more private area was needed to make clients feel at ease while having their blood pressure, height and weight taken. A handmade and customized measuring chart complement the space. The receptionist loves the new space and how easily it now stayed organized.
The office is prepared to bring in an additional practioner. The space can be personalized or be move in ready.
A little rearranging of the doctor's private office was greatly appreciated! Clients could safely leave wet jackets in the hallway. Wet footwear was left in the outside hall and slippers were on loan to help clients feel comfortable. Photo of hallway was not revealed for the privacy of the office.
